Aaron was great! Our water heater went out on a Friday night, and Aaron came promptly the next day. He removed the old water heater on Saturday and installed a tankless water heater on Sunday, and we had hot water by 11:30 AM. So thankful to take a hot shower after having no hot water since Friday evening! I would highly recommend Wighton’s. Aaron was very knowledgeable and very conscientious about the work that he does. He explained everything in detail and communicated well about when he would return and notified me when he was on his way. He also arranged for remediation by All Dry for water damage caused by the leaking water heater. All Dry was great and very prompt. Thank you Aaron for your great work ethic!

Whighten Heating and Air was fantastic with their response over the weekend. I am currently out of water due to an issue with my well. Erin assessed the issue quickly and efficiently. His focus and knowledge made his visit affordable so I can go forward in having them do the repairs. Thank you Whighten’s.

While appointments are easy to make, they tell you of the 8 hour service window on the scheduled day. While this makes planning the day difficult, it is the only negative I would offer for this company.
The technician arrived, was courteous and knowledgeable. I had a furnace inspection which he completed quickly with a full report of safety and equipment performance. Several issues were noted with my system, but the technician was quick to discuss the ‘must-haves’ versus the ‘nice-to-haves’.
Pricing is reasonable and their service quality is very good in my opinion.
Highly recommended.

The plumber technician who came out to diagnose my tankless water heater was excellent. He was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on. I appreciated his transparency and helpful guidance rather than being pressured into unnecessary work. Highly recommend.
