I took my dog here to get treated and the staff was so kind, caring and understanding. I love the way they treat animals with love and compassion. It's first come first serve, no appointments, there was a wait when I got there, however they were pretty fast. They also called me the next day asking how my girl was doing, I absolutely love that follow-up it really shows how much they care. Thank you to everyone that works there, you guys are awesome!

One of our cats started panicking during our road trip, and this was the only veterinary clinic that could see her on a Saturday afternoon in the area between Oxnard and Santa Barbara.
Everyone at the clinic was incredibly kind and compassionate. They took wonderful care of our kitty, helped calm her down, and prescribed gabapentin, which made a huge difference. We were especially touched that they called the next day to check on her.
Thank you all so much for your kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. We are so grateful for everything you did for our kitty!

I didn’t have to wait , got right in! Everyone was friendly and professional. The office was immaculate. Cost was affordable and it was a Saturday. The doctor and nurse were helpful and caring. Someone even called me on Sunday to follow up. I’ve already recommended them to friends

Urgent Veterinary Care on De La Vina was an incredibly easy experience overall. We suspected a foxtail in our BC dog's ear, they we're considerate of our dog and it was taken care of so professionally. We are so grateful.

Took my dog here today and was seen very quickly by very friendly and knowledgeable staff and Vet. Got it all taken care of promptly! I had not been here before and was impressed. Would recommend. Other pet owners we encountered during our quick visit were also very kind.
