Titan roofing is top notch not only in choices with products on modern roofs, but installing them as well.
I have an old house made in the 50s and was leaking in numerous places. I understand that such an old piece takes work. Sergio, the company owner himself spoke with me over the phone and was out to check out my situation the same day. They worked with me and restructure it and went above and beyond on details. Pointed out wood-rot and facia board problem I would have never noticed myself. Everyone in my neighborhood has Spanish tile, but I didn't know anything about metal roofs until Titan roofing.
Fast forward, they replaced my rotting wood shingles, with a seamless new metal roof and new gutters to match it.
Now me and my wife can enjoy the holidays with peace of mind as it's been triple waterproofed and insulated. Although it was pricey, they were very competitive with the other company's I've called before making such a big investment. It's been raining all week and kept our heads dry so far.
100% reccomend Titan.

I called Titan Roofing & Rain Gutters inc.for a quote on a residential home, and within minutes they were calling me back and setting up a same day appointment. Sergio came out within the hour and was very professional. He looked everything over and even gave me some great advice in case we ever do experience any leaks. He didn't even have the job but was still willing to help me out.
