Yesenia was very rude and put me on hold while I was still speaking. I understand that businesses can get busy, but being dismissive or rude to a customer is not appropriate. I only had a simple question whether they accept walk-ins because if the answer was no, I didn’t want to be placed on hold unnecessarily. I ended up waiting on hold for about five minutes, and when she finally returned to the phone, she told me they do not take walk-ins.
Because of this, the entire call felt like a complete waste of my time. If I had simply been given a quick answer upfront, it would have taken less than 30 seconds. I value my time, and I expect basic courtesy and efficiency when contacting a business. So rude.

As someone who loves birds I was thrilled to finally get a chance to come here! The lobby was like a museum with all different kinds of birds! It’s definitely a special place and must see if you are a bird enthusiast like me! I didn’t even bring my birds…HA I went to go meet birds! I suggest that all bird lovers who come to SB Pet Hospital bring their own feed. The hospital provided me some but I ran out quickly after 6 or 7 feeds. Who needs the discovery channel if you can just go to the waiting room at SB Pet Hospital and get a full experience.

Dr. Mobraaten is absolutely the best! Traveled all the way from San Diego to Santa Barbara for my 10 month old pup’s first surgery. I was so nervous trying to research a place for her spay and microchip but felt completely at ease with the SB Pet Hospital knowing she’d be in the best hands! Dr. Mobraaten is so kind, patient and a total expert in her field! Look no further and bring your pet here!

Profound procrastination and negligence on paperwork processing at this pet hospital. I had to wait for days for a letter to be sent to me that is already written. Strongly recommend reconsidering choosing your pet’s vet.

Excellent caring Veterinarians and kind staff keep me coming back. I just added two miniature Schnauzers to my family after one year hiatus from being a pet parent. Upon returning to SB pet hospital I felt confident they would take all the time and consideration my newborn fur babies needed.
