Our technician Rick is always so nice and communicates clearly the day before service that service is happening tomorrow. He always asked if there is anything specific we need him to address and if so, addresses it before he leaves. He makes sure gates are secured when he leaves (we have dogs so this is of the upmost importance. As a small business owner myself, I try to provide the same quality of service Rick does. 13/10 will use O’Connor pest for my needs at home.
