We have been a customer for 20+ years. Last month we had a gopher problem in our front yard. We contacted O’Connor, they came out and set two traps, and after 30 days we had more gopher holes. After two weeks of no results we contacted them to report that the traps had to be moved because obviously they did not have the traps set in the correct place…they did come out and moved the traps into the new holes…again…no results we contacted…again we had to contact them to suggest they needed to move the traps. End of story..after over a month our gopher problem is still a problem. O’Connor apparently has no knowledge for gopher control. When we complained their response “we don’t guarantee to get rid of gophers”. Very disappointed in O’Connor. No longer a. Customer

Trent with O'Connor is amazing!
He's been out to my house twice and always punctual and educational. I've seen a few roaches and wanted to get ahead of it before it became an issue and Trent definitely kept the creepy crawlies away she my nerves at bay. 10/10 recommend!

I'm so glad we finally hired someone to get rid of all the spiders. Phil was quick, professional and I haven't seen a spider since. I've never thought I needed a service, but the peace of mind knowing that I can contact him between services if the problem returns.
