In my personal experience, Larry Brown has shown a complete lack of empathy and indifference towards his clients and their families. My partner, who was a loyal client and had spent tens of thousands of dollars with him, passed away after nearly two decades. I reached out to Larry to cancel an auto-draft bill for QuickBooks, as they informed me that he was the only authorized person to do so. As a newly widowed woman with no immediate financial resources until the life insurance payout, I stressed this to Larry. Despite the simplicity of the issue, he was uncooperative, refused to communicate with me over the phone, and didn't even respond to my last email.
Two months later, he had the audacity to send a $1900 bill to my home, without expressing even the slightest sympathy for the loss of my partner. Larry had been handling the accounts for my household for many years through my partner. I had been part of numerous meetings and had countless phone conversations with him over the years regarding our taxes, property sales, joint investments, and other household matters.
Given this experience, I would strongly advise against engaging with such an insensitive person.
