As a first-time patient at Johnson, I had such a great experience! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff Roger & Diego were professional, friendly, and helpful. The dental assistants were amazing as well, very kind, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit, As well as the manager Carlos who answered all my questions. The whole office had a warm and positive atmosphere, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. I’m so happy I found this office and definitely recommend Johnson Family Dental to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

This office completely changed the way I feel about going to the dentist. The staff is amazing, and truly goes above and beyond to make every visit comfortable. Exceptional care, a great atmosphere, and a team that genuinely cares. Highly recommend!

Last July while on vacation I developed a severe infection. The dentist here tried to fix it, the pain was immeasurable. I called and asked for pain medicine. I just wanted enough to let the antibiotics kick in. They lied, said they called some in but didn’t. It was after hours by the time I got to the pharmacy. That weekend I can’t tell you how much pain I was in. I could not concentrate, my head throbbed. I couldn’t sleep. Delirious in pain. I got back on Monday. She just ignored the pain meds. It was so bad I told her just to pull the tooth! I’ll never go back here. I’m a nurse, I’d never let my patients suffer that way. Never. Should be illegal. I had insurance, they got paid. I suffered like never before.

I brought my elderly mom in to get her dentures checked and Dr. Jenkins and Brenda were so very caring with her and both of them gave me very helpful information about options. Based on that overwhelmingly positive experience I feel anyone would benefit from having them look after your dental needs. Front desk was also great.

I have now made THREE separate appointments with this office, and every single experience has been unacceptable. Either I was left waiting for HOURS (over 3 hours at one point) for the dentist to not even show up, or my appointment was completely canceled.
The most recent situation was honestly the worst. I called ahead to CONFIRM my appointment, only to be told that the doctor “would no longer be coming in today.” No prior notice, no call, nothing. I had to reach out myself just to find out my appointment basically didn’t exist anymore.
This level of disorganization and complete lack of respect for patients’ time is unbelievable. People plan their schedules around these appointments, and this office clearly does not care.
I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you’re okay with wasting your time and dealing with constant cancellations.
