They did a total tear down and replacement of the roof on a rental house I own and don't visit very often. The roof had been re-done prior to us buying the house in 1987, and the previous owners had cut some corners to save money and I had added a patio extension that made this a more difficult job. The roof was also way past needing replacement. I got 3 bids and Home roofing was the best price and most responsive to my questions and needs. David went out to my house 3 times to check on some details before I awarded him the bid. I just traveled to the house to inspect it after they finished it (on time and on budget), and I am totally thrilled with the workmanship and professionalism that Home roofing provided. I can say it was a total pleasure working with them and I would strongly recommend them if you want to do business with a local company that is genuine, responsive and provides high quality.

I have worked exclusively with Home Roofing for 15 years whenever I need anything related to roofing. They earned my trust and confidence by completing a complete re-roof on my newly-purchased home, repairing extensive termite damage in the rafters, and completing the work on a tight schedule (and on budget!) to ensure that my escrow closed on time. Their work is still sound fifteen years later and I've only had good outcomes from them on all of my projects since then.
They say that you can pick any two: fast, cheap, or well done. Dave proved to me that with a seasoned professional, all three can be achieved!

From the day he came to measure for the estimate it was an excellent experience. David did not have to go out of his way to help me, but he sealed up the vents on the roof for me while he was up there measuring (we had leaks) as he noticed gaps that were likely causing the leaks. I so appreciated that as we were expecting a big storm. You don’t find too many people who are like that these days. They did a great job, reasonably priced and very trustworthy. I highly recommend working with them for your roofing. The employees were nice too. One of them would help us get my dad up the handicap ramp in his wheelchair while on his lunch break. Nice people 👍🏻👍🏻 I love my new roof 😁

I'm very happy with the re-roof job that Home Roofing just completed on my 1700 sf Goleta home. David was easy to work with, and the finished product is great. Having everything done in about one week was a bonus.
