Our electric water heater stopped getting power out of nowhere, leaving us completely without hot water for morning showers. I called this service center early in the morning, and they managed to fit us into their afternoon route. The technician diagnosed a blown heating element connection and resolved it on the spot from parts in his truck. Their speed and readiness to help saved us from a very cold weekend.

This electrician was awesome — super professional, knowledgeable, quick, and most importantly, honest. He replaced my faulty panel switch and did an excellent job. Everything is working great now, and I’m really satisfied with the quality of the work. I’ll absolutely call him again!
