He was thoughtful and educational throughout the session, talking through each adjustment. I walked out feeling so much better in my body AND spirit! And I could tell my babe did too. Dr Polizo is the best. After aggravating my back at work, Ricky made space in his schedule to see me on short notice and got me fixed right up. His knowledge and easy-going communication style made me confident I was in capable and caring hands. And not only did he give me a great adjustment, he gave me the information I needed to continue to rehab myself at home and to feel confident in my recovery. I hope not to be needing a Chiro again any time soon, but if I do it’ll be Flow Chiropractic.

I’m an athlete with plenty of past sports injuries and a good understanding of my body and how to heal myself. I choose chiropractic because it truly feels like a holistic treatment that addresses core, systemic problems.
Ricky’s approach stands out from the dozens of Chiropractors I’ve worked with. He spends much more time getting to know you and your body, doesn’t rush into any particular approach, and takes the time to explain the treatment concepts. Thanks for your help, Ricky!
