He knew exactly what to do to solve our leaking kitchen faucet, and he communicated what our options were, and it was a great relief to work with such a prepared technician. The office staff were all very efficient and responded to our concerns in a very kind manner. We wanted a plumber to come over as soon as possible and within 24 hours our problem was solved. We would recommend Elite Rooter to friends and we will call them first if we ever need a plumber.

This was the second major job that we have had the good fortune of hiring Elite Rooter for.
JR was, again, very responsive and helpful in giving us feedback to help guide our decision on the scope of work. He quoted us a very fair price- especially considering the attention to detail and care and precision that we knew the job would be executed with.
Raymundo carried out the job with professionalism and incredible skill. He frequently checked in with us as to his progress and to Inform us of every choice that needed to be made along the way, often bringing up details that we hadn’t even considered.
Once again, we are extremely satisfied customers.
If you are considering having Elite Rooter Complete a plumbing job for you, you *might* be able to find someone who could do the job for less, but no one will get it done better.

Response time was fast. They showed up within 30 mins of me calling. Pedro was amazing. He did not stop until my shower was unclogged. He even took the time to show me the steps he was taking to get it out. He is also very knowledgeable and informed me of future problems that may occur. I appreciate Pedro and Elite Rooter Plumbers for their service. This is my 3 or 4th time having to call them and each time I’m never disappointed.

Their response time was quick they showed up on time ready to work. They did an awesome reassessment very professional very adequate description of the work, cordial professional with helping attitude. Outside the box to get the problem solved offered different solutions stuck to the scope of work and got it done and the price remained with what they quoted. The follow up was awesome too. They checked out. Make sure everything is done and offered additional service at any time extra hours anytime over the holidays very caring professional team.
