We hired Elite for a complete bathroom remodel and had a great experience from start to finish. We were hoping to get the project done before our baby arrived, and not only did they stay on schedule but actually finished a couple of weeks early.
Everyone we worked with was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. We mainly used the Slack app, which made things really convenient since I was at work most of the time. We replaced an old walk-in shower with a bathtub, and the tile work turned out beautifully. You can tell they really pay attention to detail.
We did run into a couple of issues with the vanity we chose. The legs interfered with the plumbing and the door frame blocked the drawer from opening, but they came up with smart solutions so we were still able to keep the vanity. They also built a custom 6-foot recessed cabinet, which gave us so much more storage in our small bathroom.
We appreciated how transparent they were with pricing. The initial estimate was based on higher-end material allowances, and we were able to come in under budget by choosing more affordable options where we could.
Overall, we are really happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them.

I cannot say enough great things about Elite Remodels! Honestly, I've been completely shocked at how fantastic our experience has been!
I have had difficult issues and poor communication with other contractors in Montecito and Santa Barbara, and had the lowest of expectations in the anticipation of our kitchen remodel. After a google search and seeing the reviews, I figured I would give a shot to walking into the Elite Remodel showroom.
From the beginning I was greeted with a friendly personality who explained their services and how they go about their process. After discussing things with my wife, we decided to put down a small deposit to see what their design team put together. Our old galley kitchen was going to be a challenge and I was only cautiously hopeful that they would put something together that might be reasonable.
Grace and the Elite team worked back and forth with us and our wish list, and came up with an amazing plan, including some major changes that I was surprised that they made affordable. We got to sit down with Jerry the owner of the company as well and review the plan.
We then moved forward with cabinet, appliance, surface and tile choices. The team provided a schedule of work expectations, and actually started right on schedule, when all of the supplies had arrived. From that point on, there was not a day that passed that we did not have workers here until they were done. Because they are a design-build firm and their staff is in-house, we did not have to deal with sub-contractors, and I think this is a large part of how they keep to their schedule so well.
I don't want to create expectations for others, but I will share my experience that they worked on Saturdays, Sundays, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Day.... there was no questioning their dedication, their effort, nor their pride in getting things done on schedule and to perfection.
Ricardo was our foreman, and I wish everyone had the interest and integrity that he has shown throughout the process. His communication with us was exceptional- and while I would not want anyone to bother him excessively, he was available nearly 24/7 with any questions. All of the Elite workers were incredibly kind, incredibly respectful, and a pleasure to have around. They were great with the dogs, they were great with the kids, they did fantastic work as well.
Their scheduling was spot on and even flexible. The project proceeded on time and was finished according to the plans from the outset. Because some aspects of the project required our family to be out of the house (did I mention that we lived in the house throughout all but 1 week of the project?) the last portion of refinishing of the floors was scheduled around our spring break vacation. We got to look forward to coming home from Europe to our dream kitchen, and I'm so happy with the entire remodel.
In short, I would rate our experience with Elite Remodels a 100 out of 10. We will use them again for other projects in our home, and I can recommend the Elite Remodel team without any reservations whatsoever.
I am a plastic surgeon myself who is critical of details in millimeters. I run my office with absolute emphasis on doing the right thing for my patients, and Elite Remodel is one of the very few companies that I have found that share my level of dedication to the clients I serve. Solid craftsmanship and reliable project management
Elite Remodels recently completed a major update to our home, and we are very pleased with the quality of the final result. The build team delivered craftsman-level work from start to finish.
I want to specifically highlight Ricardo, our project manager, and Cesar, who performed the vast majority of the hands-on work:
* Cesar consistently demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship. His attention to detail and precision across every task was impressive.
* Ricardo managed the project smoothly. He kept everything on schedule, on budget, and executed correctly without cutting corners.
Beyond the construction quality, they were very accommodating with our living needs. Living in the house during a three-month renovation can be challenging, but Ricardo and Cesar made the process as manageable as possible. We only needed to stay elsewhere for three nights during the entire project.

I remodeled my kitchen and 2 bathrooms and put some can lights in and painted, etc. The design team Grace was amazing! Project manager was always available to me and the crew. The crew was very neat and did not leave a mess. Always cleaned up at end of the day. Always very courteous and respectful. Tile work is AMAZING. They stuck to their schedule and time line. The project went very well and I am pleased. Turned my old undated 70’s condo into beautiful modern condo.(blue is new)

Elite remodeled my 60-year old kitchen and the outcome was great. Loved that they are a one-stop shop to get the job done efficiently! They were responsive to all my needs and it was very helpful to see the design plans displayed on their big computer monitor which could rearrange items as you watched. Excellent workmen who cleaned up every day too!
