We had a confusing situation where our outdoor patio lights would randomly trip the breaker every time it rained. Rather than guessing, the technician systematically tested each external junction box to pinpoint the leak. He discovered a hairline crack in a weatherproof seal that was letting moisture seep into the copper connections. He replaced the housing and sealed it thoroughly, completely resolving a very frustrating mystery.

During a sudden outage, our commercial electrical services were urgently needed. The electrician arrived quickly, repaired the faulty panel, and tested all connections. I feel relieved and highly recommend them.

A fallen tree branch ripped our power drop right off the side of the house at 3:00 AM. This team answered the phone immediately and coordinated safely with the utility company to clear the hazard. They worked through the night to rebuild our exterior hookup. Unmatched responsiveness when it matters most.

Electrical Land did a very good job to solve our wiring not working. Their crew quickly realized what the issue was, and efficiently fixed it while making sure all the equipment was back in proper working condition. Their work really made us happy and would recommend Electrical Contractor for any electrical services.

GFCI installation is amazing. She is always super patient and always a pleasure to speak to. I'm always playing catch-up with my emails, but she always follows up with a phone call. A very honest, professional, and knowledgeable business to work with. Highly recommend!
