Dr Termite truly impressed me! We had termite issue in our house and extremely worried. Fumigation was out of the question, we wanted to completely avoid that and luckily we were able to find this company that offers other alternatives. Anthony came to do a thorough inspection, he was so polite, understanding and answered all our questions! After meeting Anthony, I was convinced to use Dr Termite. I really appreciated his honesty and patience. Jessy came a couple days later to do the work and we were so impressed with him. Jessy was so kind, detailed, took ownership of his work and answered all our concerns. He really took his time to make sure the house was taken care of and didn't rush at all. Anthony was very polite, informative and really knew his product. He took his time to explain exactly what the inspection would entail and how and what he was doing.
He was not rushed and asked if I had any questions.
I had two other companies coming to do inspection treatments but Anthony won me over.

With the discovery of termites in my home, I had three different companies assess the problem and recommend how to deal with it. With some research, I learned that a thorough inspection is key to successfully dealing with termites.
The first inspector was quite thorough; the second was not; the third (Anthony from Dr. Termites was meticulous and found termite damage which had not been identified by the other two inspectors.
After the inspection, Anthony explained the various alternatives for treatment and provided technical details for each approach.
I found Anthony to be highly professional, extremely knowledgeable and very respectful of both my property and myself.

Great first visit with Anthony. Very thorough inspection and very honest. Able to explain everything in great detail. Company was also able to book a follow up appointment very quickly. So far my experience has been just great!

We purchased the treatment and 3 year guarantee which has worked for us in the past. We repeated that again after 4 years passed. The staff and office personnel are friendly yet professional and efficient. They even treated the ground under our ~1,400 sq. ft. artificial lawn out back.
This is a separate post. We also use this company for ant control. They offer an inside treatment but so far I have just gotten the outside spraying and it’s done the job. I just had their friendly staff out to do the job (7/26) and our previous daily ant battles are over. I’ve used them for several years now and it’s generally been a one and done treatment.
