Dr Crystal is great. She listens to my needs at each appointment and my adjustments are decreasing my neck pain. She also gave me exercises to help strengthen the neck muscles. I loved my previous Chiro, but she moved over 10 years ago, so I was hesitant to choose a new one. Her reviews were awesome. Also, most that I called in the Goleta area do not take insurance, she does. Highly recommend.

I always get restored energy and flexibility after visiting Crystal’s clinic in old town Goleta. If I am ever feeling down or tense or like an achy bag muscles and bones, every treatment/adjustment gives me the magic touch that I need to restore my appetite, sleeping rhythm and muscular flexibility, to accomplish my activities of daily life with gusto and renewed enthusiasm. Dr. Crystal is the kindest chiropractors I’ve ever met. She takes the time to listen to you and earnestly wants to help. She adjusts everything! Not just what’s hurting. Also, she’s super friendly and funny! The ladies at the front desk are so super nice and very accommodating when it comes to scheduling. They were able to get me in within a few days of contacting them. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Crystal is one of a kind. She is able to manually adjust our daughter when other chiropractors could not. She has a gentle, creative and effective approach and has significantly improved our daughter’s health. We are very appreciative of her kindness and consideration of our specific needs. Dr. Crystal and her staff have the kindest, most genuine approach to supporting my family's health. We had an appointment last week because my daughter was in a car accident. I only expected her to adjust my daughter but she checked her for a concussion and other signs of physical injury. She was very thorough. She instructed me on how to check the following morning again for signs of a concussion. I am very grateful for her expertise, professionalism, and kind spirit.
