New HVAC heat pump installation after my furnace stopped working. Very satisfied with high quality advice and excellent technicians. Was able to fit into existing closet, and efficiently managed electrical work and plaster repairs. Well worth the price compared to competitors, for a product that should last many years. I appreciated that they explained all the charges and answered my numerous questions.

Had an issue with my air conditioning unit that other companies told me was too old to repair/replace (12 year old unit). Crocker air was able to schedule me the day after I called and had a technician named Chris come out and diagnose the issue. Chris was incredibly knowledgeable and polite. He diagnosed the issue in a few minutes, replaced the part and when the air conditioner still didn’t turn on he was able to quickly diagnose the other issue and resolve it with some cleaning. Chris explained the process all the way through making me feel much more confident in the repair. Great experience, very affordable, and will only be using them from now on for any HVAC issues.

I contacted Crocker to finish an ac install on my forced air unit. They responded quickly and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Jim wrote up a quote to complete the work that I asked them to do. The price was very reasonable. I am waiting for the work to be completed they are super busy and have me on the schedule a week or so from now. I contacted them knowing the have a great history of quality service install and repair. I installed a good portion of the devices and needed to get the ac installed I need them to finish the work. Line set install, charge the system, install drain safety equip. , and check the overall operation. Austin and mark showed up to complete the install charge the system and check to make sure everything was operating properly. They both were great they added a catch pan and safety overflow equipment along with running the line sets where I needed them to go. Their attention to detail was amazing. They were both knowledgable and professional they completed the job cleaned up and verified system was in great working order. Thank you to both of them and Crocker refrigeration team . We had an A/C system installed at our business location in Ventura and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The team was professional, on time, and extremely knowledgeable. They walked us through the entire process, kept the workspace clean, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. The installation went smoothly and our building is now cool and comfortable. We really appreciate the great service and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing A/C work done! Crocker sent Geronimo to service my 15-year old 1-ton Mitsubishi mini split system. This was the first service on this system in all the time I have had it. He did an excellent and thorough job, and I am extremely pleased.
