I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Delio and his entire cardiology team. From the moment we walked in, everyone was kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. After only being there for an hour, we felt like family.
Dr. Delio is incredibly thorough, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond for my dog, taking the time to explain everything and ensuring we felt comfortable every step of the way. His dedication and genuine concern are truly unmatched.
The staff is amazing, professional, and caring, and the manager is one of the most genuine people I have ever met. It is rare to find a team that works together so seamlessly while making every patient and owner feel valued and supported. Anna was so amazing on the phone assisting with my baby’s prescriptions and just going over and beyond.
I would not trust anyone else with my dog’s cardiac care. Thank you, Dr. Delio and your incredible team, for the outstanding care and compassion you provide. Highly recommend!

Sadly, I am visiting with my second pet. The doctors at Coast to Coast are only knowledgeable and efficient, but caring and compassionate. The staff is always is a good mood and happy to help. I can’t ask for more — well, except that I never have to see them again! In the meantime, they’ve giving my kitty years we wouldn’t have otherwise had.

Our experience with Dr, David C. Pelio and Megan, his assistant, has been wonderful. They deserve more than five stars. It is a real blessing to visit Dr. Pelio. This veterinarian is devoted to his work, very capable, and compassionate. These people are favorites of ours and spending time with them is delightful and heartwarming. We are thankful we were fortunate enough to meet Dr. Pelio and Megan here in Santa Barbara. They are the best! We look forward to seeing them in the future.

Dr. Pelio and Megan were both very nice, explained what was going on with my babygirl, I was in shock, and I'm sure it showed, but they were patient with me, gave me time to absorb what I was told. Gave me a lot of info for helpful tools to monitor her as well as helped find the most pocket friendly options for her new meds. Most of all, I appreciated the honesty! It was about what was best for my sweet girl!! Thank you both so very much!!❤️
