Alex and Memo run an incredibly tight ship, but also put a higher priority on running an ethical local business than on scaling profits. Because of that commitment, they were able to undercut their nearest competition by almost a third, despite using better materials and providing a more personal touch.
I highly recommend talking to A&M if you need roof or gutter work done anywhere near Santa Barbara.

Excellent service with high integrity workmanship at a very fair price. Memo, Alex and team are true professions. They were present on the job site and sure made sure the site was cleaned daily. We are very happy with A&M and our new roof!

A & M Roofing and Gutters recently installed a new roof for me, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Memo and his crew were courteous, professional, and efficient throughout the entire project. They cleaned up all debris at the end of each day and finished the reroof on schedule. As a Realtor I see lots of roofs and various levels of workmanship - I highly recommend A & M Roofing for quality workmanship and excellent service.

A&M Roofing replaced my old roof with new Presidential TL Solaris shakes. It looks fantastic! Working with Alex from start to finish was great with great communication. Very transparent and no surprises with cost, even necessary repairs after the old roof came off were very reasonable. The quality of his crew's work was top notch. Hardworking and efficient workers that were respectful and cleaned up at the end of each day. I would not hesitate to hire A&M again.
