My current mechanic does not work on Tesla vehicles, so I researched auto shops without having to take it to the dealership and ABC came out as a top quality auto shop that also repairs Tesla vehicles. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of my vehicle, and when I mentioned the issues to them, they gave me some options of some repairs that it may need. An estimate was given to me and I left my vehicle there for repairs. After picking my vehicle up, I was very satisfied with the work that was performed and the continued support of the staff especially Greg. I really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and a quick service provided and I have now become a loyal customer to ABC auto care.

You know it's good when their client base travels from Thousand Oaks, Ojai etc.... I feel SO grateful to have them local.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. A special shout-out to Anders, he is an absolute GEM! This place is top quality - in customer service and the actual repair. They are thorough in explanations and do not pressure for any unnecessary expenditures. They are kind, intelligent and generous with their wisdom.

The AC fan motor stopped working. With the summer heat fast approaching, my car being black and no functioning AC, I had to get it fixed asap. Andrew, was the service tech that got me in quickly, the AC was fixed quickly. I picked up my car at the end of the day and all is well. My car is now cool 😎. ABC Automotive is a great repair shop - it came highly recommended to me by 10 different people. So, when the time came and the inevitable happened, I made an appointment, and the rest is history. I highly recommend ABC Automotive and have already recommended them to an acquaintance today! Thank You Andrew and Thank You ABC AUTOMOTIVE!!!

My X5D has ALWAYS been serviced by BMW dealerships . Had a cosmetic issue on the interior. Dealership wanted to replace the whole door panel because part was unavailable. ABC got the factory parts and saved me $700. Getting quotes for more work.

Was referred to this place by a friend.
Looked them up, checked reviews, made a same day appt and dropped off my 95 Fleetwood Cadillac which was giving me AC issues. Not wanting to hit the summer heat wave and.not be ready, luckily ABC was able to quickly assess the issue, providing me updates along the way, and was able to get me back on the road. The diagnostic updating system they use keeps the customer involved which is great. Greg was a professional from my first call to explaining the issue at pick up.
