I brought my moms dog in and was surprised by how kind, understanding, caring and efficient the Urgent Care staff were. We were in and out in like 20 mins. The environment was soothing for her dog who can be quite anxious. I’m grateful for their help and will be bringing my own dog to them now. Thank you 🙏🏼

Entire staff is very professional, courteous and competent. My pet was seen immediately and given excellent care. The veterinarian who treated him explained what was going on with him and the treatment plan which was carried out in a timely manner. He’s home, resting and healing. I am so grateful to have Urgent Veterinary Care available in an emergency. It is serving a great and important service to Santa Barbara and surrounding communities.

We are so grateful we were able to find Urgent Veterinary Care of Santa Barbara while on vacation.. The doctor and staff took such good care of my Australian Labradoodle, Baylee, who broke two back claws. Fortunately, she was able to be treated right away and healed very quickly thanks to their care. We will certainly return if we ever need to on our future visits.

I didn’t have to wait , got right in! Everyone was friendly and professional. The office was immaculate. Cost was affordable and it was a Saturday. The doctor and nurse were helpful and caring. Someone even called me on Sunday to follow up. I’ve already recommended them to friends

I used this Emergency Service. My cat was bleeding from the head from a puncture wound. The cause wasn’t determined but a shot for antibiotics timed released was given and pain meds were given. I stopped using the pain meds it made my cat
Two lethargic so really have to use those sparingly, but she’s all well now her hair is grown back on her head and on her cheek. I think it might’ve been another cat might’ve been a cat fight. She was really good. Her recovery was quick and she’s staying a lot closer to home now not going out and getting into trouble over $200 for the visit. I was thinking it was gonna be less but it’s like 125 just to be seen but some places were like 225 so I went with this place if your cat gets well it gets into trouble. Main thing is if it takes care of them then you’re happy and I’m happy she’s happy. I’m happy we have a tortoiseshell cat and two others. I’m glad they don’t all get sick or have to be happy all at once we had one go there just had a yeast infection as Eye got a medication‘s for that too and it healed very quickly. I do recommend them our scale from one to 10 I’d say seven.
