It took quite a while to see one of the doctors; however, my French bulldog was at ease and received excellent care. He was prescribed medication that really helped him, so I highly recommend this hospital. The staff were also very kind.

I had both my cat and dog on wellness plans. They were a lot better with my dog than they were with my cat. They asked me to drug my cat before bringing her in. The reason why vet visits were so stressful for her is because they would lock her in a cage for HOURS surrounded by other animals making a lot of noise. Banfield does not care about your pets, they care about making money. The last time I took my cat here, I dropped her off for an early morning appointment and I spent the entire day anxiously awaiting any word. It wasn't until the evening that I got a call and was able to pick her up. They are so overbooked on appointments. The drop off style of appointment means you hardly get to talk to the actual vet.

Everyone here is so kind, and they remember my cat every time I take her in and it's clear they care about her and her comfort! Also a special thank you to Dr. Edison for being so amazing, and really taking the time to explain everything and listen to my concerns. You guys are awesome!

They were great until they messed up my dog's vaccine record on the system. He was supposed to get his last DAPP vaccine next week but the appointment was scheduled one week early and no one told me it was wrong until after they gave him his 4th DAPP vaccine. I was then told at check out that he needs to come back in 3 weeks to get his last DAPP, his 5th! I am so disappointed at the fact that no one told me this was a wrong scheduled time until after the vaccine was given. They could have told me when they asked me to confirm my appointment, when I arrived, or before they gave the vaccine.
