I had a confirmed appointment and drove nearly 100 miles to Santa Barbara for the scheduled visit. When no one showed up, I called the company myself and was then told that the technician would not be coming and that I needed to reschedule. No one contacted me in advance to let me know about the cancellation. This caused a significant waste of time and disrupted my business schedule. Professional companies should communicate with customers promptly when appointments cannot be honored. Very disappointing experience.
