We had our roof replaced by Wicks Roofing, and they exceeded our expectations in every way. The entire team was conscientious throughout the job. Chuck handled the bidding, planning, and follow up with consistent communication; in addition, he met with us several times to choose solar attic fans and the right roofing materials to reduce our home cooling costs. We heard from management almost every day to keep things on track. Dino provided excellent on-site guidance and coordination, and Jose was responsible for the daily on-the-roof completion and oversight of the job. It was clear that Jose took pride in the workmanship of the job and was very respectful of our property.
Wicks Roofing was remarkable in the coordination with multiple contractors: synchronizing seamlessly with a termite extermination company for whole-house tenting (scheduled between tear-off and new shingling), and with our painters to repaint the 2nd-story walls after fumigation and before shingling. We had a tight timeline, given other commitments and they were very conscientious in completing the job on time.
Wicks Roofing produced a complete, professional documentation packet for our homeowner’s insurance, which required proof of roof replacement by a specific deadline. Everything was in one file, and our agent had exactly what they needed. This level of detail and follow-through is rare.

Wicks has done several jobs at my home over the last few years including adding 240v circuits, installing solar panels with Tesla powerwall batteries, and now a metal roof replacement. They have been professional at all levels and stages of planning and work, doing exactly what they say in the time-frames stated. After getting other cost estimates I can say that their prices are more than fair as well. I can highly recommend them for any electrical or roofing projects. I have recommended them to friends for projects and they have also been happy with the results. I'm happy to be a reference for Wicks.

WE had a great experience with Wick's. Chuck came out and saw the termite and water damage to the eaves and recommended we have the roof removed to see what damage was under it and have repairs made and the house tented prior to putting on a new roof. This was coordinated with a termite company and worked in between rain storms. Wick's made the eave repairs/replacement very efficiently and came back the day the tent was removed and began placing a new roof. They were very efficient and fair with pricing. I highly recommend them.

Last year we decided to add solar panels and a Tesla battery backup to our home. The Wicks Santa Barbara team was responsive and got everything done in a timely manner. We have used them in the past for skylight and roof repairs and have been pleased with their work.
