I had old polybutylene piping that needed to go, and they handled the whole repipe smoothly. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept the job site clean the entire time. They were respectful of my home, careful with every step of the plumbing work, and made the whole process easy. Preston was the technician who came out from Oneal Brothers Plumbers to inspect and fix my father's plumbing issue. He checked the perimeter drain and sewer line that needed a good cleanout and clearly explained that the clog was caused by flushable wipes and calcium buildup in the pipe. He walked me through the problem in simple terms, answered my questions, and gave us a clear quote for the work. I let him know my father is on a fixed income and we were worried about the cost, and Preston kindly told us about the senior discount they offer. That really helped and made the drain and sewer service affordable for us. He and his partner were skilled, professional, respectful, and easy to talk to throughout the whole visit. We had a great experience with Oneal Brothers Plumbers. It started with water damage and no hot water, and it ended with an excellent tankless water heater installation. I know they also work on standard tank water heaters, but they did an amazing job with the tankless setup when other plumbers said they were not qualified for that kind of work. After doing your research, if you decide a tankless unit is the right fit, this is the plumber to call. Preston answered my first call, followed up quickly, and came out fast to inspect everything. Once he learned we had no hot water, he moved the plumbing schedule around and got the new unit installed the very next morning. About three hours later, the job was done. The installation was clean, neat, and professional. The water heater was set up properly, everything was explained in simple terms, and they even left a wrench for the filter removal, which was really helpful. Our family was very happy with the service, the fast response, and the quality of the work.
