We’ve used Drain Masters for our rental property over the past five years and recently hired them to replace a 55-year-old sewer lateral. Sean was responsive, cooperative, and went above and beyond by coordinating with our other contractors and offering valuable guidance. As an out-of-town owner, that level of communication and support was extremely reassuring. Chris was a great help when the big November storm hit and we had an urgent need to clear a drain. I told him the urgency and he made it a priority to come out (in the rain). He is a real pro, and he saved us from a lot of interior damage.

I’ve owned and rented multiple homes and never needed a plumbing service to clean a clogged drain… until a couple of days ago. Boy am I glad I called Drain Masters of Santa Barbara. They were thorough, knowledgeable, and well-equipped to make an accurate assessment of the problem and take care of the issue on the same visit. Their 5-star reviews are well-deserved!
I honestly can’t think of a reason why you would want to call anyone else. Hands down the best choice!

💯✨ for Drain Masters and special shout out to Ian D. For any drain issues - call Drain Masters. They have a very special equipment to really clear out the drains (downspouts) which we need for the ones on the side of our house.
They also thought we might be able to do it with a hose and a less expensive piece of equipment. How refreshing for a company not to upsell but to offer real solutions. They offered to help us do this when we had the roof cleaning done. They have gone above and beyond for us.
There’s a lot more I can say about how they have gone above and beyond. How many thanks to Chris and Ian D - Accompany with real leadership, attention to detail, professional, responsibility, and great customer service.
This is the kind of business that makes me believe in humanity again and in towns where people matter.
It’s a family business. They are also a family of firefighters Which kind of makes sense since they know how to handle all of these hoses and special equipment.
While it may be a family business, it is run more professionally than many service companies I have experienced both here and in Seattle.
If you haven’t gotten your exterior drains cleared out in a while, I highly recommend doing it before the heavy winter rains.
Please know that I did compare options to address the issue, and hands down Drain Masters are the problem solvers and the Oscar winning choice. 🏆

They have no connection & even a review was posted to them that was for Oxnard. Family run business...former fire fighters and some extended family are still with the service. Support local, support well run ethical companies like DrainMasters.

Chris also had a solution for our weeping drains on side of house that caused discoloration on the paint. I wish more companies were like DrainMasters Santa Barbara. Thank you!
