After having 4 different plumbers bid the job, Ian from Drain Masters was the best for me. What I valued most was his communication and his timeliness. I was not physically at the address where the plumbing issue was but Ian was in contact with me almost daily, would answer any questions I had quickly, sent me photos, was there when he said he would be and got the job done. I received bids at a lower price but I was also chasing after those plumbers for the bid in writing and had to ask the same question multiple times to get an answer. I had peace of mind with Ian and that truly made such a difference for me.

Chris was a great help when the big November storm hit and we had an urgent need to clear a drain. I told him the urgency and he made it a priority to come out (in the rain). He is a real pro, and he saved us from a lot of interior damage.
