We text them same day for service on our sink and they were here within 3 hours of reaching out! Isaac H was incredibly knowledgeable, respectful and thorough. He even advised us on bringing some of our appliances up to code and provided estimates. I found their service charge to be very reasonable and even their estimates to be fairly priced as well. I will definitely be reaching out if we need them again and requesting Isaac H!

Coast is great! I had an emergency with a faulty hot water tap that I was unable to shut it off and started leaking inside the wall. They came over within 30 minutes and did a quick fix and then followed with an estimate for the broader repair. Adrienne was amazing coordinating the plumber that was in my area. Followed up with texts to let me know his ETA.

I had a great experience with this company. They were quick to respond to a broken pipe emergency after a tree fell on some of my water pipes. Their technician was absolutely great. He had a great attitude and worked so hard without any complaints- all smiles. He actually had to do some digging to reach the pipes and did a fantastic job at a very fair price. Highly recommend.

I've relied on Coast Plumbing in Santa Barbara twice now, and they've consistently delivered top-notch service for all my plumbing concerns. Both times, I had the pleasure of having Jerry Henson as my plumber. I appreciate the continuity of service and the comfort of having a familiar face.
One of the things I appreciate most is their user-friendly online appointment system. It made setting up a time for the service incredibly convenient, allowing me to choose from a variety of dates and times that worked for me. In terms of pricing, they provide upfront estimates, and I've consistently found them to be fair and accurately reflecting the labor involved. No surprises or hidden fees - just transparent and reasonable.
They provide updates on their arrival and a cool touch I noticed is that they text you a photo of your plumber, along with a nice description of your plumber's interests. It adds a human and down-to-earth element to the entire situation and is useful to help you know when they arrive!
Beyond their technical expertise, what sets Coast Plumbing apart is their friendly and helpful demeanor. They genuinely care about resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. As someone who tends to overthink, dealing with plumbing issues isn't ideal, but they've made the process smooth and stress-free each time.

We discovered that our main waste line had severely backed up once again in the morning. We called Coast Plumbing around 9:00AM in a panic and they gave us a window of between 1:00 - 3:00 in the afternoon. At 1:00 on the dot, I received a text saying that one of their plumbers was on his way and by 1:15, an exceptional plumber named Wallace, was already diagnosing the problem.
I cannot express how reassuring it felt to have such a calm, intelligent, thoughtful, and kind plumber figuring out what was going on. What I found especially great, was Wallace not only quickly resolved the backup issue, but then took the time to figure out what was actually causing it. As it turns out, the flapper from a check valve that we had to replace years ago was still stuck in the pipe - about 20 feet from our access point. We had no way of knowing this, but Wallace and Coast Plumbing had the right tools, the right knowledge, and the right tech to send a video down the pipe towards where he suspected a block may be, then figure out how to remove it.
It is a great testament to the power and importance of a locally-owned business that operates at this high level of service within a trade that tends to have such a broad spectrum of abilities. Coast Plumbing gets it right. They get it right from the moment you call them in a panic saying that you've got sewage running all over your front porch and they calmly tell you that they'll take care of it. They get it right when they send a plumber like Wallace out to figure out what the problem is, fix it, then figure out how to make sure it hopefully wont happen again. 10 out of 10. Five stars.
